Job description
To carry out the duties of a school teacher as set out in the current School Teachers Pay and Conditions document. The English subject teacher has overall responsibility for assisting the English Department in fostering a love of English and raising its profile throughout the school. He/she will ensure high standards of teaching, learning and achievement, efficient use of resources and creative development of the English curriculum.
