Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse RMN to join our Hospital Acute/PICU team. As a Nurse RMN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions in a hospital setting. Your passion for patient care and your dedication to delivering personalized treatment plans will be pivotal in helping patients on their journey to recovery.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with mental health conditions
Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment interventions
Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient care and treatment strategies
Collaborate with community resources to provide comprehensive aftercare and discharge planning
Requirements
Valid RN license and registration in the state
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Minimum of [X] years of experience working as a Nurse RMN in a hospital setting
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of psychiatric nursing principles and practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Hours Per Week:
Start Time: 19:00
End Time: 07:30
Pay Per Hour: £29.00
