As the Project Support Officer, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of a business project, working closely alongside the Project Manager.
You will support the Project Manager with the execution of a project which includes scheduling tasks, risk and progress management, liaising with stakeholders, as well as monitoring finances and controlling budgets.

What You'll Do: In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skill sets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Reporting on progress, resources, finance, or costings
- Support the Project Manager with the maintenance of Budgets and approvals
- Ensure that the Statement of Works with all Suppliers are up-to-date
- Be proactive and chase for Purchase Order approvals, Invoice Payments
- Review the process of key artefacts and including sign-off as per the agreed RACI
- Support the Project Manager with the projects and mitigating risks
- Quality assurance, for example through collating data, auditing or compliance checks

- Optional Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in project support office and management
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience developing and managing budgets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Optional Master's degree in project management or related field
- PMP certification
