Job description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing and evolving segment of a global FMCG employer of choice, leading the end to end concept-to-launch product development pipeline for the European market.
Our client is looking for a driven and highly motivated food product developer - as an additional member of the team - to work as a technical and cross-functional lead at the forefront of food technology, developing new product strategy and driving innovation and excellence for a number of market-leading consumer products.
About you
You will be qualified by degree (or equivalent) in food science or food technology and have a sound technical understanding of the effects of ingredients and new process technologies and managing multiple projects. Experience of powder handling and processing would be highly desirable. You will also have a high level of numeracy in order to interpret trend analysis and consumer insights, with ideally some knowledge of statistical tools for analysing data.
