As an Associate Producer, you will be a critical part of the team that is responsible for delivering some of the most innovative and engaging video games in the industry. You will work alongside the brightest minds in game development to create high-quality products that will delight players and push the boundaries of what is possible in video games.
Key Duties - Assist with coordinating and managing projects from ideation through to launch.
- Help develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Support the team by facilitating communication between different departments, teams, and stakeholders.
- Provide support in ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals, plans, and processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to help manage and track the progress of milestones and completion of project goals.
- Populate and maintain project documentation and tracking systems.
- Provide regular reports on project status and progress to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the computer games industry.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Experience in using project management software like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the video game development process and experience working within it.
- A passion for video games and a desire to work in the industry.
