Job description
We are seeking a brand-new Care Supervisor to integrate into a team of 4 due to expansion. You will work 4.5 days and have 3.5 days off over 8 days with alternate weekends included in your working pattern.
You will ensure we are competent in providing safe, reliable, compassionate care and support to meet the individual needs and wishes of each customer. You will do this by working to a high standard occasionally delivering care alongside Carers, you will work office based to complete managerial tasks and accurate record keeping. This role will also include where required; supporting with personal care, assisting with medication, encouraging customers to live a healthy lifestyle with nutrition and hydration. As well as safely using aids and personal equipment in a manner that respects the dignity and promotes independence of our customers. This role requires expert-delivery of person-centred care, updating and reviewing top quality care plans and risk assessments when required, competency assessing, mentoring and coaching your staff in the field, spot checks.
