Requirements

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Thorough knowledge of music theory, history, and practical skills
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging and innovative music lessons
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and educational requirements, including national curriculum guidelines for music education
