Salary: circa £52,000 - £62,000 depending upon experience
Site/Location: Primary locations are Orpington and School Sites and hybrid working

Established in 2014, London South East Academies Trust (LSEAT) is a thriving Multi Academy Trust comprising of ten schools spanning Special, AP & Outreach and Mainstream Primary. The Role

Ensuring our pupils have access to an exceptional education is at the heart of everything we do. This is an exciting time to join our Trust and we are now seeking to appoint a Head of Trust Strategic Development to develop and implement our Growth strategy, and work across our central service teams. You will work alongside our Deputy CEO, and Deputy Group CEO & Group Chief Financial Officer and other Senior Leaders across our Trust/ Group, to shape our future, embed sustainable excellence and drive our growth strategy.

You will bring a proven track record of working in the education sector, project management skills and experience of Academy conversions and Trust mergers. An inquisitive and innovative mindset, alongside strong influencing skills and a depth of expertise and credibility will be essential for this exciting new role.

Skills and Experience

As Head of Trust Strategic Development, you will combine successful strategic leadership experience in complex settings with ambition, creativity and drive a steadfast commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion. You will have the clarity of vision and personal presence to represent LSEAT externally facing and have the ability to build and maintain relationships with Department for Education (DfE), Regional Directors (RDs) Local Authorities, and Schools.
