Client Details
A well respected Chichester based organisation are looking to recruit a Credit Controller on a permanent basis.
Description
As Credit Controller you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the accounts receivables ledger
- Ensure cash receipts are entered and allocated correctly for all customer accounts on the receivable ledger
- Assist in setting up appropriate credit limits and payment terms
- Process debit notes
- Filing of processed credit notes
- Effectively handle customer queries and escalate any customer disputes to the line manager
- Provide copy invoices/credit notes to customers as and when required
- Assist in monthly overdue and cash collection reporting
Profile
- Hybrid working
- Word, excel and accountancy systems (Sage, SAP etc)
- Car driver
- Previous credit or finance knowledge
- Possibly an AAT studier
