We’re supporting our client, a leading Moulding manufacturer based in Rochdale, who are looking for a Mould Setter to join their growing team. The successful Mould Setter will have experience of operating and setting of moulding machines, working with a range of materials and tool changes.

Responsibilities for Mould Setter:

• Responsible for the Setting of all equipment on Injection Moulding Lines including tools and ancillary equipment
• Adhering to customer requirements and timeframes
• Start up of machines according to process control and start up procedure
• Complete Tool changes as requested by the production plan
• Responsible for ensuring all Injection Moulding lines are running efficiently
• Responsible for KPIs: OEE, Line efficiency, quality and conformance.
• Responsible for the completion and recording of all Quality checks as specified by the Quality Department.
• Responsible for the care and maintenance of all Injection Moulding Tooling ensuring they are suitable for the tasks required.

About You:

• Trained in Injection Moulding Setting
• Good mechanical knowledge
• Fault Recognition
• Robotic Experience
• Different moulding material characteristics
