Your Ideal Profile:
Previous experience in similar environment working with and developing fresh food menu’s, working in smaller venue's, and leading the kitchen with passion and precision at heart.
Your mission:
Delivering exceptional food quality
Developing and costing fresh food menu’s
Ensuring Food safety and health and safety policies are adhered to.
Supervising, training, and managing the kitchen team encouraging development and growth.
