ClinicalLead
The Rowe Veterinary Group
Salary up to £73,000 depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced vet who has a strong ability toleadand teach to join our fantastic team. You will be driven by improving the clinic, developing vets and driving results. AsClinicalLead, you will be responsible for the delivery and driving ofclinicalstandards and activities at the Wotton branch. You will work closely with the GroupClinicaland Practice Directors and our team of sevenClinicalLeadVets to ensure the group continues to perform exceptionally both as a growing business but also as a Group that drivesclinicalexcellence. You will be a key player in the day-to-day management of the Group. We are looking for someone confident in guiding and coachingclinicalcolleagues and someone keen to improve their own professional knowledge and experience continually.

About Rowe Veterinary Group

We have six veterinary practices in the North Bristol area. Our 24-hour hospital is located in Bradley Stoke, and we have branch practices at Yate, Thornbury, Winterbourne, Wotton-under-Edge and our cat-only clinic in Brimsham.
We have 200+ staff including around 50 vets, with multiple certificate holders in various disciplines and an attached referrals division.

You will be based at our Wotton Branch which is a well-established, thriving practice with a team of nine vets.

About the Team and Culture

There is a team of 9 vets and 9 nurses and about 17 support staff. Wotton is a practice well-established in the local area and has a strong loyal client base. The candidate will take aleadership position and help to continue to grow theclinicalreputation of Wotton and Rowe Veterinary Group.

Our Ideal Vet

The successful candidate must have extensive experience in a large, busy first opinion practice. You will have a passion for first-opinion work and be a strongleader to ensureclinicalexcellence and direction are being driven from within. Previous experience in aleadership role or as a senior vet would be very desirable.
