Job description
Due to continued growth and restructuring this established fire and security systems based in North Hertfordshire are looking to recruit a Service Manager to oversee and manage their service department. Candidates need to be from the fire and security industry, with experience of managing a service department and engineering team, ideally with an understanding of both BAFE and NSI requirements from a service perspective. Reporting to the directors of the business, applicants will also need to have excellent communication skills, a high level of IT literacy, health and safety awareness, and ideally industry qualifications. Direct reports will be service engineers, junior engineers/apprentices, service coordinators, and other office staff. This excellent opportunity comes with a basic salary of up to £52,000, plus a car with personal use, some flexibility for home working after the probation period, plus package.
