Quantity Surveyor – Manchester
This leading property and construction working on world-renowned projects are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester team.
Extensive pre and post-contract experience is required, as well as knowledge and experience of working with residential developers, local authorities, universities, and healthcare Trusts. Some UK travel may be required as part of this role.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in the mentoring of colleagues, work with graduates and trainees, and contribute to their established APC training programme.
You will have 4+ years’ experience and be conversant in large project delivery (up to £100m) with JCT and NEC experience ideally.
BTR experience would be of benefit.
