Job description

A respected Independent Broker is seeking to expand and recruit for their Commercial Department You will be working within the fast-paced department and will be understanding the customer’s commercial insurance needs as well as building relationships. You will be receiving inbound leads and referrals and identifying and developing key relationships with the customers. Dealing with new business quotes, renewals and MTAs and will be dealing with a wide range of Commercial Policies (mainly Commercial Combined) The role will be office based whilst you are completing your training and then there will be the flexibility of hybrid working. The Required Skills: Proven experience nurturing and producing new business within Commercial Insurance Ability to build and cultivate new relationships. A personable character who can overcome objectives and be a pivotal person within the Business.
