 Business Development Manager 
 Location:  Portsmouth 
 Salary:  Negotiable 
 Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a specialist organisation who because of success are growing the business. 
 As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for  : 
-  Managing & maintaining relationships with existing customers. 
 -  Developing new business UK wide in specified sectors through field sales. 
 -  Supporting in–house key client accounts under direction of MD. 
 -  Working collaboratively with Sales Team to maximize profits & sales opportunities. 
 -  Build a relationship with clients to gain an understanding of their needs. 
 -  Liaising with stakeholders. 
 -  Turn leads into active spending accounts by building and maintaining relationships. 
 -  Pro–actively grow your pipeline. 
 -  Generating new business opportunities. 
 
 The ideal Sales Executive will have -  Drive and determination. 
 -  Previous BDM experience within Aerospace/Defence/Education sector. 
 -  Will be able to multitask, be adaptable to change. 
 -  Will have good analytical, problem solving and planning skills. 
 -  Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Office. 
 -  Will have good communications skills. 
 -  Will want to develop within an organisation.
