Department: Special School Nursing Pay Band: 5 Business Unit: Children and Family Health Surrey Accountableto: 1. Senior School nurse 2. Clinical Team Leader SSN nursing service 3. Specialist Childrens Community Nursing Manager Responsible for: Healthcare Assistant. Purpose The post holder will be responsible for overseeing the provision of health care for children and young people, aged 2-11 years, with severe/profound and multiple learning and physical difficulties. This will be achieved by providing expert training, advice and support to the school staff and other people involved in their care.
