Our client is a highly reputable Law practise and is seeking a skilled HR Director to join the team and lead the HR department. - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the firm's goals and values
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for all positions within the firm
- Create and maintain employee policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Manage performance evaluations and develop retention strategies for top performers
- Advise and support managers in handling employee relations issues
- Provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits packages
- Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes are efficient and effective
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR practices within the firm
Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 7 / Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
