The Role
Due to extensive growth and multi-site development activity, this rapidly growing organisation is seeking to appoint and experienced Industrialisation Engineer who will play a pivotal role in delivering highly automated food processing solutions while being the catalyst for change. You will be a key driver in making the department efficient in developing and optimizing facility layout while driving all equipment selection criteria to create a repeatable standard across the department and developing a modular approach to other group production facilities.
The Person
As an experienced Manufacturing Industrialisation Engineer, you will be experienced in Mechanical design for facilities with complex M&E designs e.g. manufacturing facilities, data centres, automated warehousing, food processing facilities or similar. A comprehensive understanding of industrial design and project management of this aspect will be key to delivering this role along with excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
