The role is for a fixedterm contract (ending 31st December 2024) to backfill for acting up opportunities within the team. We arewilling to consider both part-time and full-time applications.

About you

As partof the essential requirements to this job you will have:

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be a key member of theFinancial Accounts team with responsibility for the management and provision ofthe Trusts Statutory Accounts and relevant returns ensuring these areaccurate, meet financial timescales and legal requirements.

The post holder will require projectmanagement and forensic accounting techniques to analyse, interpret and providereports to members of Finance as required. They will also be required topresent complex information to a range of stakeholders.

The post holder will be responsiblefor the management and provision of the cash management function which includesaccounts receivables, accounts payables, VAT returns, cash and bank functions.

They will also line manage members ofthe financial accounts and cash management team, and to work alongside thecapital and charitable funds accountant (B7) as required.

As necessary, the post holder willadvise on the implementation of any national changes, and provide corporatereports and strategic financial and business planning advice to the Trust.
