Digital Marketing Executive/Ecommerce Executive£30,000 – £35,000 – Salary negotiable dependent on experience.4 Days working in the office, 1 day working from home.Free parking is available on site.Location: NormantonAn outgoing, bold and creative B2C organisation based in West Yorkshire.Due to an increase in activity, my client is looking for a Digital Marketer to join the organisation. This role will be responsible for all things marketing, digital and ecommerce, including; website updates, video, imagery, email campaigns, CRM, DM, social media etc!Responsibilities

• Create engaging digital content that increases customer engagement and enhances the brand. This will include creating and posting blogs, creating videos, designing graphics, and managing social media content.
• Analyse previous campaigns to ensure they are achieving positive results and engagement.
• Support in delivering all marketing initiatives across direct marketing channels for acquisition Manage the digital acquisition programme, individual campaigns and project requirements ensuring continual improvement in terms of brand, message, process, communication effectiveness and cost.
• Identify and test campaigns within core marketing channels including email, SEO, affiliates, PPC, display advertising, etc.
• Engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Personal Profile

• Strong understanding of social media channels & digital platforms
• Good written & oral communication skills
• Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, social media and WordPress.
• Experience of website management and updates
• Photography & Videography skills/experience
• Working knowledge of content management systems i.e. Hootsuite
• Strong interest and experience in creating video and graphic content.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools.
• Proficient in using the Adobe suite to create content.
• Degree or equivalent in marketing, digital or related fields.
• At least 2 years’ experience working in a marketing or related role.
