Job description

As part of our journey from ‘Good’ to ‘Outstanding’, we are seeking to appoint a motivated and inspirational leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as an Assistant Headteacher. We are proud to have a skilled, committed and cohesive team of staff, all of whom work hard to provide the very best education. This, along with engaged, enthusiastic students and a community of supportive parents make Stanborough School a wonderful place to work.

Stanborough School was judged ‘Good’ by Ofsted in January 2023 and the successful applicant will join an experienced and talented senior leadership team committed to providing the best educational experience and outcomes for all our students. Applicants should be excellent teachers with a desire to play a key role in the future development of the school.

The focus of this position will be to support the school in securing the very best student outcomes, this includes leading on all areas of assessment, data and exams. The successful candidate will play an integral role in helping to improve the educational outcomes of all our students. Further details can be found in the for this role within the candidate pack.
