As the Operations Scheduling Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of high performing services that supports the Council’s vision. This post will be responsible for Managing a team of Housing Repair Schedulers. You will work with colleagues in the Operations Department as well as key internal and external stakeholders. To support a culture of operational excellence, focusing on innovative ways of working that ensures our residents remain at the heart of everything we do. A new housing system is being introduced in November 24 and this fixed contract Maternity cover will be supporting and overseeing the smooth implementation of the scheduling module.
