Job description
Are you a CNC Setter Operator Turner? Our client is a global manufacturing organisation who provide bespoke solutions for Commercial and Military automotive sectors. They are looking for experienced CNC Turners to join them on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous CNC Turning experience within a similar environment, have understanding of technical drawings and experience using measuring equipment.
CNC Turner Permanent Dependent on Experience plus 15% shift allowance for nights Day Shift, Night Shift, Rotating Shift available
Coventry CNC Turner Job Description - To set and operate machines and processes in a safe and efficient manner
- Generally operating Puma Twin Spindle twin Turrets
- Appreciation of machining process and best practice
- To produce parts in accordance with route cards and technical drawings,
- Ensure all parts are produced to schedule requirements and quality standards.
- Work in adherence to the departmental procedures to achieve best in class service and maintain company quality procedures
CNC Turner Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications - Previous experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of technical drawings.
- Previous CNC Turning setting and operating experience
- Experience using measuring equipment
- FANUC experience
