Commercial Technology Solicitor
This progressive, leading Legal 100 law firm is looking to hire an experienced and ambitious Commercial Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor to be located in the Reading office.
This firm has an excellent track record for success with clients on a local, regional and national basis, including several household names.
You will be involved in drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts including matters related to commercial trading agreements, IT contracts, outsourcing agreements, franchising, IP, manufacturing and data protection.
This role will suit an experienced Commercial Solicitor who is able to work under limited supervision and have a background from either a leading national, regional or city firm where you have been involved in good quality commercial work.
Applications from Solicitors with an in-house background will also be considered for this opening. This role can offer the flexibility of remote working/working from home.
