Are you a seasoned Site Manager with a passion for Highways and Vehicle Restraint Systems (VRS) projects? We've got an amazing opportunity for you to lead dynamic projects across the South East and South West of England, shaping the future of National Highways infrastructure.
Projects span across the South of England so there will be a requirement to work away from home for certain projects. Due to the nature of the work the majority of work will be on nights, roughly 2 to 1 split of nights to days.
The Job - As the Site Manager you will lead cutting-edge VRS projects, ensuring they exceed customer expectations while championing safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Be the driving force behind project success, from inception to completion, conducting thorough safety and quality audits along the way.
- Cultivate strong relationships with both our talented teams and valued clients, ensuring collaborative success.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration and safety-first practices on-site.
What we're looking for:
- A proven leader with a solid background in managing civil projects within the National Highway network, ideally with VRS expertise.
- Hold certifications in SMSTS and CSCS Black Managers Card.
- Hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
Package Details:
- Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
