Job description
A Legal 500 regional law firm is looking for a newly qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its Commercial Litigation team in in central Lancashire.
The role comes with the ability to work from home for part of your week and a clear progression pathway, as you’ll be able to progress to Associate within two to three years.
You’ll work closely alongside a Senior Associate, assisting them with their caseload involving leasehold disputes, adverse possessions and Section 20 processes. As you develop, you’ll take on your caseload of mainly residential matters, but also some commercial cases.
