Admin Support Coordinator

Job Location: Bournemouth Airport, Dorset (Hybrid working after completion of training, 2 days home / 3 days office)

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum, depending on level of experience

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 4.30pm & Friday 8am – 12.45pm, flexitime available after completion of training

We are currently working with a Global Manufacturer who work within a variety of industries including Industrial, Aerospace & Defense to recruit for an Admin Support Coordinator on a permanent basis.

During your training period the role will be fully office based however once you have undergone training you will be eligible for both flexitime (core hours: 10am – 3pm) & hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home).

Within this role you will be working in a team of 7, within the industrial division of the business to support the order processing for customers. This will include; setting up customers, checking and processing orders, updating customers on order status and dealing with any enquiries.

Duties will include;

• Setting up customers on the internal system
• Checking and processing customer orders in line with procedures
• Keeping customers updated on the status of their orders until delivery.
• Dealing directly with customers, and other internal departments, via email and the telephone, responding to queries and enquiries as required, and providing administrative support.
• Creating back-order reports for customers
• Raising basic quotations to customers as required.
• Liaise with other departments to get updates as required on delivery status of orders, capacity, and parts status.

• Experience in a similar position with proven administrative skills and excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong IT skills including MS office, Outlook and Excel
