Job description

Driver Hire Perth are recruiting for a Van Driver to work with their client, a leading removals company, from their depot in Perth. This role will involve driving the removals team where they need to be, and assisting with the removal. This role can involve heavy lifting.

The successful Van Driver will require:

• Category B entitlement on their driving licence
• Van driving experience
• Good knowledge of Scotland

Van driver responsibilities include:

• Following manual handling procedures to ensure safe loading and unloading
• Working with your drivers mate to ensure products are in excellent condition on delivery

The successful Van Driver can expect:

• An hourly rate of £12.33 per hour, including holiday pay
• Overtime available as required, paid at an enhanced rate
• Guaranteed 8 hours paid per shift worked

We have found other driving and logistics professionals to be successful such as courier driver, multi drop driver and taxi driver.

This position is commutable from Blairgowrie, Perthshire, and Crieff.
