This is an exciting new opportunity as an Accounts Payable Assistant within the esteemed luxury retail brand based in South West London. This prestigious position entails a minimum three-month commitment, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Accounts Payable role:

• Processing a high-volume of purchase ledger invoices
• Dealing with any internal or external (supplier) queries
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Management of the Accounts Payable inbox
• Setting up new suppliers on the system
• Processing of staff expenses
• Preparation and processing of the weekly payment runs

Profile

The successful candidate:

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a related finance role.
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
