Assistant Administrator/Receptionist - Aurora Severnside School
Location: Berkeley, South Gloucestershire
Salary: £13,088.31 - £13,445.67 (FTE 24,377.60 - £25,043.20)
Hours : 25 hours per week – Term time only (8.30am-1.30pm, Monday-Friday)
Aurora Severnside is a bespoke school for 11-16 year olds with SEMH needs , having taken the best elements of a mainstream school and the best elements of a special school to create an environment where young people can achieve their own goals and thrive in a future of their own choosing. The main purpose of the role:
We are looking to appoint a friendly School Receptionist/ Assistant Administrator to support the School Business Manager, Administrator and Headteacher. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance and welcome all visitors to the school. This is a varied and interesting role, which includes reception and telephone duties, diary management, typing letters and taking minutes for meetings. The role will also include general administrative support across the school as required.
