A high achieving East London based secondary school are looking for a Geography Graduate who has an interest in teaching to join the school to work as a Geography teaching assistant. This is a full time Geography Graduate Teaching Assistant role and the post will commence ASAP.

An outstanding East London based secondary school are looking for a Geography Graduate to join the school to work as a Geography teaching assistant.
This would be a fantastic positon for a Geography graduate who is passionate about their subject and has an interest in teaching. Some form of paid or voluntary experience with young people is required. You may have gained this experience a number of ways such as tutoring, youth work, overseas teaching, voluntary schoolwork…
The successful Geography graduate will be working within the schools renowned Humanities department and will be working with students ranging from year 7 - sixth form. You will get the opportunity to gain invaluable hands on school experience and will have the chance to work alongside various experienced teachers.
The school was most recently graded Outstanding by Ofsted and is based in the East London borough of Waltham Forest.
This is a full time Geography teaching assistant role and the positon will commence ASAP.
The school is a great environment for aspiring secondary teachers and each year the school take on a small number of graduates who are eager to gain paid experience.
