Job description

Are you a HR Administrator looking for a new challenge? Maybe you've just completed your CIPD and are at the start of your HR career? If you are passionate about people, organised and ready to develop your skills then please read on!

We are working with a well-established healthcare company who are looking for a new addition to their HR team in Oldbury. They specialise in delivering 24 hour quality care to both people living in their own homes and those living within the companies residential and supported living facilities.

About the role:

The role will involve assisting in the daily operations of HR duties and ensuring Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy is always followed.

HR Administrator duties:

The ideal HR administrator will have some HR experience, or have a CIPD qualification, a keen interest in a HR career coupled with administration experience and excellent IT skills.

The role is advertised as full time however, part time hours/job share will be considered so please apply if you are looking for a part time opportunity too.
