Job description
I am working closely with a school based in Thornbury, that is currently hiring for 2 part time teaching assistants.
1- classroom teaching assistant on a Thursday and Friday
1 -1:1 teaching assistant for a child that displays challenging behaviours, whilst also having some medical needs, this will be for any 4 days a week.
Both roles hours will be from 8:30am-3:30pm.
The school is a small village school but is accessible by public transport, having your own car will be advantageous, or living close by!
The child is in year 5 and has had some short-term teaching assistants and they are now looking for someone that can commit longer term until the end of the academic year to give the school, pupil and parents some stability in his care.
Working with challenging behaviours previously or with SEND in the past is a must have for this role.
This role pays £13.39 per hour
For this position you will need a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
