We are looking for compassionate and committed healthcare assistants who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in her home.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a mature gentleman who requires a dedicated Healthcare team to assist him throughout the night on a 1:1 basis to support his complex care needs.
He enjoys spending quality time with his family and care team and enjoys the banter with those around him.
Throughout the night you will provide support with his personal care needs, repositioning, clinical observations and attending to his clinical needs when required. You will provide a safe and calming environment to promote a restful night’s sleep.
Our ideal care team will be vaccinated against COVID 19 as it is essential for this position

We have the following shifts available;
Take a look at our pay rates
Weeknights: £14.00 per hour (£182 approx. per 13-hour shift)
Weekends: £15.00 per hour (£195 approx. per 13-hour shift)
Bank Holiday: £17.00 per hour (£221 approx. per 13-hour shift)

We specialise in the provision of highly complex clinical care services delivered in the homes of service users.
