We are looking to hear from Qualified Teachers, ECTs and Teachers with SEND Experience. Location: Various school within Derbyshire. Salary: Competitive, pay to scale. Role highlights and responsibilities: - Plan and deliver dynamic lessons to a diverse range of students. - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation and progress. - Employ various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. - Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. - Implement effective teaching strategies. - Contribute to the school's extracurricular activities, such as clubs and competitions, enhancing student engagement and enjoyment of the wider curriculum. - Support a number of children with additional needs. - Adapt teaching and learning to best support each child individually. - Maintain and promote excellent behaviour management skills throughout the class Role requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications. - Strong Subject Knowledge. - Experience in SEND settings - Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their maximum potential. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Flexibility, willingness, and adaptability to contribute to wider school curriculum and the community. - Excellent behaviour management skills.
