Job description
IMMEDIATE STARTS offering flexible hours and the opportunity to earn £80+ per day for either early or late shifts
As a experienced Care Assistant you will be working alongside a friendly and experienced team within a beautiful care home which caters for up to 40 residents living with age-related illnesses such as Dementia.
As part of your day to day role you will be:
- Following personalised care plans
- Recording any relevant condition updates
- Recording fluid intakes
- Conducting required personal care
- Supporting the service users through effective use of moving and handling
- Maintaining the health and safety of the service users at all times
- Taking part in activities to keep the service users engaged throughout the day
- Completing housekeeping tasks as required

To apply for this role you must;
- Have referenceable work history
- Hold in-date mandatory training certificates (inc. moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control)
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service.
- Have a minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience working within a care setting.
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

This role offers immediate start opportunities with ongoing work
You will be working either 06:45 to 14:30 or 14:15 to 22:00 between Monday and Sunday - with the flexibility to choose when you want to work!
Long days may also be available if required.
The rate of pay for this role is £11.00 per hour
