My client are seeking an enthusiastic Financial Controller with a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers to join their Finance team within the Manufacturing industry.

Description
- Collaborating with various departments to develop financial plans
- Delivering accurate and timely financial reports
- Providing financial guidance to management
- Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives
- Assisting in the annual budgeting process
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Participating in strategic business decisions with financial insight
- Contributing to continuous improvement within the finance department
- Management of 2 direct reports
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- A recognised accounting qualification- ACA, ACCA, CIMA
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using financial software, excel & ERP systems
- The ability to work well in a team and independently
- Leadership experience
