Job description

Seeking Chartered Building Surveyor or Experienced Surveyor for Key Role to Support Leadership

We have an outstanding position available for a newly qualified Chartered Surveyor or an experienced professional with 4-5+ years of commercial building surveying expertise. You will become an integral team member positioned between graduate and senior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering consistent personal fee targets and contributing to the division target
  • Assisting and running projects, including client liaisons and management
  • Preparing fee proposals for small to medium-sized projects
  • Being an ambassador for the company through networking events, both online and offline
  • Managing your own training needs and supporting graduate team members
  • Nurturing professional, long-term relationships with customers and promoting the business through social media.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Professional Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with a degree or MSc in Building Surveying or 4-5+ years of relevant experience
  • Continued professional development and technical proficiency in core BS disciplines.
  • Experience in dilapidations claims, commercial surveys, and contract admin of commercial projects
  • Full driving license and demonstrable interest in building surveying discipline.
