We are a recruitment company established for well over 25 years, servicing the South-West with top talent within Engineering, Construction and Education. We have long-standing relationships with many businesses within the local community and offer a variety of services helping companies across both public and private sectors
What are we looking for?
We are currently going through an expansion phase of the business, wherein the next few years we will be looking to open in several other locations across the south-west. We are looking for experienced recruiters who are looking for their bite of the cherry, to help us with the plans and carve out a successful, profitable career for themselves.
What is the job?
You'll join a team of fantastic consultants who are specialists in their core markets, offering a variety of positions across the southwest. You'll be given all the tools to succeed in your role and flourish with a team of like-minded, service-driven individuals. You'll be writing job adverts from customer briefs that you've taken, sourcing and screening candidates, compiling shortlists, arranging interviews and providing feedback alongside writing offers and handling the onboarding process with customers.
