The Role
Due to increased workflow, this practice seeks a Commercial Property Solicitor 5+ PQE to join their flourishing London outfit.

The quality of work is second to none; it includes but not limited to management advice, property funding, Sales & Purchases, Landlord & Tenant and the handling of more complex matters.
Despite dealing with a high calibre of work, your caseload will always be manageable.

This firm is looking to invest in individuals for the long term and actively encourage internal promotion. As a result, there is a genuine and clear prospect to make Partner.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property/Real Estate Solicitor with 5+ PQE
• You will have experience managing a busy workload
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• You will work alongside the department Partner and assist the junior fee earners

Renumeration

• Salary is highly competitive, negotiable and dependent upon your level of experience. They are looking for long-term hires and pay well for the right candidate.
