Job Title : Senior HR Advisor

Venn Group's specialist HR division are pleased to be recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor within an NHS organisation in the North Yorkshire area. This role is hybrid requiring 4 days on site a week.

The successful candidate will have experience providing a generalist HR services to defined areas within an organisation including the provision of high quality HR advice, proactive support and guidance regarding Employee Relations within the company.

Your duties will include:

• To provide a full range of comprehensive and professional Human Resources advice
• To support Managers in achieving their business objectives through the fair and effective management of their employees and reducing corporate liabilities through effective risk management
• Working with the HR Team, within a pooled resource model, to deliver and maintain HR services across the organisation whilst ensuring that workloads and competing priorities are managed effectively

Essential Skills

• CIPD Qualification (or working towards)
• Previous NHS experience required
