Description: 

A national Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners law firm in Surrey is looking for a Corporate Tax Solicitor to join its highly reputed Corporate Tax Team. 

You will work with a client list including multinationals, well-known brands and FTSE 100 companies on Corporate Tax matters. This includes liaising with the wider corporate team to advise on mergers and acquisitions.

Due to the calibre of their client list, the team has a focus on complex and high-net-worth work with international and cross-border elements involved. 

Corporate tax matters you will work on include:

• Tax advising on M&A
• Tax issues

The successful candidate will: 

• Have 3 or more years of PQE in corporate tax 
• Be a qualified solicitor
• Have strong academics
