ACS International Schools are recruiting a PE Teacher to work within the Lower School team at ACS Egham. 

ACS Egham is looking to recruit a PE Teacher who is a team player, willing to work mostly in Lower School (PYP) and able to also teach in Middle School as and when required.

The PE Teacher would be joining a strong Lower School team and would be involved in collaborative planning and work as part of both the Whole School P.E Team as well as with the Lower School teachers and PYP Coordinator.

Many of our teachers are IB examiners, meaning they know exactly how to help children to excel.

We are recruiting a Teacher with a passion for inspiring students through a concept based, inquiry driven and student focused approach.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Educated to Bachelors degree or international equivalent as a minimum in the relevant subject
• A teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
• Strong IT skills, preferably with Apple products
• Significant experience and willingness to integrate technology to improve teaching and learning
• Demonstrable positive and tolerant outlook, enthusiasm for teaching and good understanding of behaviours of the relevant age group
• Fluent in both verbal and written English
• Experience of teaching in an international school is desired.
• It would also be advantageous if the applicant is able to join our Athletics team and coach / assistant coach across sporting seasons: Cross Country, Volleyball, Football, Basketball, Tennis, Golf, Track.
