Are you an experienced building services maintenance engineer looking for a new role close to home? Bored of commuting up into the City? Or simply ready to take on a new challenge? Look no further! I have a brand new openings for an electrical bias maintenance engineer to join a large commercial contract based close to Leatherhead. The role is looking after a large static site which sits just inside the M25, with easy access by road and rail.

• Salary: £38k-£42k (DOE)

Duties

• PPMs & Reactive maintenance
• Single and Three Phase Power
• Motors
• Generator testing
• UPS,
• Shutdowns,
• Motors
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarm Test
• AHUs, FCUs, VAVs,
• Sprinkler Systems
• Pumps
• Belts
• Mechanical Seals
• Safe Isolation of components
• Documenting the works carried out on the CMMS and reporting findings into site supervisor

Requirements

• NVQ/C&G Lvevel 3 in Electrical
• 18th Edition
• Previous building services maintenance experience (2 years min.)
