What will you be doing?
As a Field Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations by understanding customer requirements and effectively communicating them as needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring staff are organised and are clear of their Daily workloads and targets.
• Encouraging good communication with peers and management and get an understanding of activities required and these are actioned in a timely manner.
• Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Driving employees to work within a clean environment and seek job satisfaction while at work.
• Ensure ALL driving standards are met and followed.
• Support to all departments for all aspects of quote building and engineer requirements.

Who are we looking for?

• 3 Years experience in the Onsite Engineering field (Ideally)
• 1 Years experience in Team Leadership (required)
• Proficient knowledge in IT Services and products e.g. Windows Operating Systems, Printers etc (preferred)
