Job description

What you will do in your working day

• Provide primary assistance in our customer support division by promptly addressing inquiries through the support line, leveraging Online Assistance tools, and utilizing other resources provided for issue resolution
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions among engineers to enhance familiarity with clients' systems, fostering collaborative learning and improving overall system expertise
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base within our database, meticulously documenting details about clients' systems for future reference and streamlined support
• Assume additional responsibilities, including the meticulous entry of appointments into the diary and subsequent confirmation with clients, ensuring a seamless scheduling process.
• •         Efficiently input job details into the fault tracking system, contributing to an organized workflow and effective task management.
• Systematically document clients' systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records to facilitate a thorough understanding of client requirements and preferences.
• Adhere diligently to company policies, encompassing Health & Safety protocols, Holiday/Sickness guidelines, Training procedures, and equal opportunities standards, among others, to uphold the highest professional standards.
