Job description

ContactCORP are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our client, a nationally regarded printing and production business in Swindon.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with new & existing clients. You will work closely with the Business Development Managers, Production Manager and Installation Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, analysing data, and driving sales. This role will also act as a cover for the Production Manager when required.

Account Manager Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts to achieve long-term success
• Develop positive relationships with clients and serve as a point of contact
• Understand client needs and objectives and propose solutions that align with client goals
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns
• Handle client briefs from initial contact to project management, including cost estimation and organisation of installations
• Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales and client feedback
• Provide cover for the production manager when scheduling when required
• Estimating & following up of quotes
• Creation of Jobs into production

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in selling large format print & signage products and services
• Comprehensive understanding of print production processes and techniques, particularly signage & large format print
• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
• Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage client accounts and drive results
• Proficiency in using CRM software

Additional info

• 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
• 23 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays
• Permanent, to start asap
• Based in Swindon, Wiltshire
