Job description
Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is looking for an experienced and motivated Policy & Research Officer. This is a temporary post, until 27 February 2026 and provides an excellent opportunity to work as part of a team to provide support to the Senior Management Team.
You will co-ordinate and support the production of relevant partnership plans, strategies and reports as well as supporting the review of policies and procedures. You will support senior managers to address the opportunities and challenges identified in our Strategic Plan and how these impact within locality areas. This will include completing analysis of policy-based health and social care research, and supporting stakeholder engagement and participation. You will contribute to the preparation of enquiries and responses.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to prioritise and work under your own initiative.
Interviews will be held on 26 March 2024 at Falkirk Community Stadium.
