Responsibilities of a Marketing Executive: The Marketing and Business Development Executive will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate our clients visibility, attract a diverse audience, and increase revenue streams.
This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for the hospitality industry, an understanding of consumer behaviour, and the ability to implement strategic initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities as a Marketing Executive: - Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement holistic marketing strategies to enhance the resort's brand image and reach a wider audience.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to ensure North Devon Resort remains at the forefront of the market.
- Digital Presence: Manage and optimise our online presence through website management, social media platforms, and other digital channels to engage with potential guests effectively.
- Content Creation: Create compelling and visually appealing content for marketing materials, advertisements, and online platforms that captures our essence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Event Planning: Conceptualise and execute promotional events, special packages, and collaborations to drive footfall and create buzz around the resort.
- Revenue Generation: Identify and implement new revenue streams by exploring innovative offerings, partnerships, and packages that align with the resort's unique identity.
To successfully fill this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in marketing and business development within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong analytic and creative thinking skills.
- The ability to lead teams and create direction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable objectives.
- Experience within running events.
- A track record of personally delivering successful campaigns and results.
